Quality Bingo uses specific card designs with quality-related terms in place of bingo numbers. The game is designed for employees to increase their awareness of the terms and for employees and management to increase their vocabulary about lasting operational improvements. Each playing card is serialized and employees hold onto the same card for the duration of the game.
