Laboratory Testing Inc. Promotes NDT Personnel
HATFIELD, PA-Laboratory Testing Inc. (LTI), a testing and calibration laboratory, has promoted a number of long-term employees to supervisory positions in its nondestructive testing (NDT) department, which is made up of five key service areas: ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, liquid penetrant inspection, X-ray inspection and hydrostatic pressure testing.

Unconventional NDT

Less commonly used NDT methods may be the best choice for the application.
With nondestructive testing (NDT) methods ranging from visual examination, liquid penetrant testing, magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonics and eddy current, there is likely an NDT method to fulfill the application requirements.
Liquid penetrant testing may be the most widely used NDT method, and is often used in aerospace applications. But just because a method is popular, does not mean it is right for every application. READ MORE |
