Prior to that he gained 13 years of experience working in Asia in the factory automation and machine vision industries, most notably as director of business development and country manager for one of the pioneers of smart cameras and software.

"We are very excited to open an office in Japan and welcome Michael Kadoma to our team," says Vlad Tucakov, director of sales and marketing at Point Grey. "Establishing this office demonstrates our deep commitment to maintaining Point Grey’s growth in Asia. We strongly believe our distributors and Asian customer base will benefit from Mr. Kadoma’s extensive experience in machine vision and factory automation."
