Do you believe there is something that you can learn every day? Well, there is something new you can learn today. Learn the lesson well and carry that wisdom with you.

There is some improvement you can make today. Make that improvement and your efforts will continue to reap rewards for a long time to come.

That improvement may not be something that you directly do for yourself. There is likely someone who would appreciate a kind word or encouragement from you today. Try offering your sincere kindness, friendship, and assistance to someone today and continue to look for others to offer a helping hand. In doing so, you just might find your world growing brighter.

There is a purpose within all of us. Express that purpose through actions and commitments, and you'll know the enjoyment of true self-fulfillment.

Never doubt for a minute that there is a way for you to make a positive difference today. With just a little effort, you can change the world in your own special way, and you'll find it to be an even more wonderful place to live.

This day is filled with many possibilities, and you are here now to live them and make a difference. There is so much you can do today, and now is the moment to begin.

There is a warning that comes with this recipe: It becomes contagious. But, the reward is that all your efforts will be repaid in many more times over.

I was told a long time ago that you can't give away credit, positive advice, etc., fast enough. When you're giving it away it is coming back to you many times over. Thanks Jim for reminding me of this sage advice. The world would be a much better place if we all did this. RR

A Practical Field Guide for ISO 9001:2008

The purpose of this field guide is to assist organizations, step by step, in implementing a quality management system (QMS) in conformance with ISO 9001:2008, whether from scratch or by transitioning from ISO 9001:2000. It examines each sub-clause of Sections 4–8 of ISO 9001:2008, which contain the requirements, and gives a list of the documentation/documents required, internal audit questions, a summary of management’s responsibilities, and a flowchart of the steps that need to be undertaken to satisfy the requirements.
