Many of us admire people whom we perceive as high achievers. Mostly those people are heads of state, athletes, movie stars, musicians, and the like. However, most of the highest achievers in this world are people most of us have never heard of.
Most of us remember that wonderful children’s story about “The Little Engine That Could”. The story has several versions but the one by Watty Piper was published in the U.S. around 1930. It is a story of optimism and hard work that people of all ages can relate.

As we discussed in our November 19, 2013 blog, knowing what your personal values are is important; however, knowing what other peoples' values are can be important also.
