TAMPA, FL – Pilgrim Software Inc. announced that Invatec, a manufacturer of interventional devices for coronary and peripheral work, has successfully implemented and gone live with Pilgrim’s integrated solutions for complaints, nonconformance and CAPA management.
In implementing Pilgrim’s SmartSolve solution for corrective and preventive action management, Invatec now has improved the visibility of its medical trending, analysis and reporting. It will have complete visibility of all its source errors through Pilgrim’s integrated CAPA and complaints solution. SmartCAPA and SmartComplaints, two solutions that are part of the SmartSolve solution, form a closed-loop system that allows users to report, react to, and resolve issues, as well as prevent recurrence through appropriate actions. The centralized systems will support Invatec’s sites in both Italy and Switzerland by enabling better visibility of quality and compliance with regulatory record-keeping at the enterprise level.
By streamlining Invatec’s processes Pilgrim’s solutions will help reduce overhead costs from the previous paper-based administration. In addition, the solutions provide Invatec with the scalability to easily integrate additional modules and multiply the number of users as its needs evolve.
