Welcome to our golden anniversary. Quality Assurance, as we were originally known, launched in 1962, back at the early stages of the space exploration program and the dawn of man in space.

After a tumultuous couple of years, the quality industry is headed in the right direction and starting to gain ground, albeit slowly.

How has quality changed since you started in the industry, and how have the changes impacted your job?

People are no longer looking for equipment, software or services. They’re looking for solutions.
