Gavin Hatcher grew up in a small, rural Alabama town called Vernon. After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Industrial Technology from Mississippi State University, he accepted a job offer from Hol-Mac Corporation in Bay Springs, Mississippi as a management trainee. In the 19+ years while being part of the Hol-Mac team he has been blessed with many opportunities to progress. Starting as an area Team Leader in July 2004, he has received numerous promotions and currently serves as Vice President of Manufacturing. In 2020, Mississippi Business Journal named him Top 10 in Mississippi’s Top 50 Under 40. Gavin and his wife, Lydia will celebrate their 19th wedding anniversary in June of 2024 and have a 14-year-old daughter, Lily, and an eleven-year-old son, Sam.
