Engineering Change Management in a Quality 4.0 Industry

Quality 4.0 principles creates the vital connection between people, processes and technology. These principles have a direct correlation to Engineering Change Management: Businesses establish processes to complete important and vital business changes; multiple technologies are used to assist in managing and executing processes, and people are the driving force in creating and completing changes by utilizing the processes and technologies provided.
This presentation will discuss the fundamental basics of the engineering change management process, the multiple technologies available and the function of each system as well as the importance of people who drive these processes and their roles in having a successful engineering change management process.
