Marposs, a global leader in measurement, inspection, and test technologies, will highlight its Marposs Care after-sales service at the Quality Show 2023, October 24 - 26. Featured at booth #1619 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill., this will mark the formal introduction of the service in the U.S.
Marposs offers service agreements for Marposs Care focused on preventive maintenance, calibration, customer training, and process improvement, and supports each area with a team of specialized engineers. The aim is to offer services that drive the continuous performance and productivity of Marposs equipment and applications.

Customized preventive maintenance programs include checkups to help reduce the risk of failure, optimize production capacity, and keep the equipment operating near its original condition. The use of original spare parts guarantees optimal performance, while reports provided by service team members offer insight into equipment status.
As part of the Marposs calibration program, certified reference masters evaluate the equipment and provide periodical calibration to support reliable performance. They also offer recommendations for product criteria, parameters, and calibration frequency and provide calibration reports. This program ensures product compliance and accurate measurement results.
Marposs conducts maintenance and operator training focused on theoretical and practical matters, with the aim of motivating employees to identify improvements and innovation and increasing productivity.
Marposs Care also focuses on process improvement by analyzing the current performance of its products and monitoring their status. Scheduled inspections, either through a service agreement or annual maintenance contract, allow Marposs service team members to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
