Quality Systems International Inc. (QSI, Lexington, MA) has been acquired by IBS America Inc. (Medford, MA), a wholly owned subsidiary of German-based IBS-AG. The combined companies are dedicated to the development, deployment and support of quality and manufacturing software solutions.

George Potter, president of QSI says, "The combination of these companies creates a perfect match. While both companies focus on quality and manufacturing applications, our product sets are very complementary.

"Beyond that, the geographic reach and support of each company have just been dramatically increased. This is extremely important to our larger, multinational customers," Potter adds.
