LTI Renews Calibration and Dimensional Testing Accreditation

HATFIELD, PA-Laboratory Testing Inc. (LTI), provider of materials testing, nondestructive testing, specimen machining, failure analysis, dimensional inspection and calibration services, has been reapproved by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA).

The scope of accreditation includes calibration of a range of standards and other measuring instruments, field calibration services and dimensional testing. The A2LA accreditation certificates state that LTI is accredited in accordance with the recognized International Standard ISO/IEC 17025: 2005–“General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories.” This laboratory also meets the requirements of ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 and any additional program requirements in the field of calibration.

Laboratory Testing Inc. first received A2LA accreditation for dimensional testing in 1989 and for calibration services in 2001. The A2LA accreditation renewals are valid through March 31, 2011.
