Nominations for the 2026 Rookie of the Year are now open!

With this addition to its individual awards program, Quality will begin recognizing an individual with one to five years of experience in the industry who has contributed to the quality profession even in this short amount of time.

All candidates are reviewed and scored by a board of quality and manufacturing experts. The winner of the Quality Rookie of the Year award will be announced in the new year and will be profiled in the May 2026 issue.
