SOUTHFIELD, MI-The Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) is presenting a 79-minute webcast pertaining to changes affecting ISO/TS 16949: 2009. In addition, the webcast explains the intent of the amendment to ISO 9001: 2008, and highlights the process approach to quality management systems.
