North Star Imaging, Inc. Is Now ISO 9001 Certified

North Star Imaging, Inc. is excited to announce that they are now ISO 9001:2008 certified. In the last 12 months, NSI has implemented a significant amount of changes and improvements to their Quality System. Processes were put into place throughout every department to help track, evaluate and continually make improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors and enrich customer satisfaction.

In June 2013, all of the hard work was recognized and North Star Imaging, Inc. was issued their ISO 9001:2008 certification. “Although substantial, ISO Certification is just a document; the ultimate goal is to better understand our customer’s needs and provide a quality product that exceeds their expectations,” says Rod Meyer, Vice President.
