Thorsten Achterkirchen is the general manager of Teledyne DALSA X-Ray Products and Services and oversees new product developments, manufacturing, and all other aspects of managing a high-tech business. He has developed visible and x-ray imaging sensors for more than twenty years. Since 1999 he has been leading the development of novel CMOS-based x-ray imaging detectors and cameras at Rad-icon Imaging Corporation.
