Pilgrim Software Honored by Frost & Sullivan

Tampa, FL – Pilgrim Software Inc. is the recipient of Frost & Sullivan’s 2010 North American Best-In-Class Customer Value Enhancement award in the enterprise Risk, compliance and quality management market for the life sciences industry.

Frost & Sullivan Best-In-Class Customer Value Enhancement awards recognize those companies that offer value-added services to customer, allowing them to reduce costs, increase operational efficiency and address potential risks and compliance issues. The award is presented by the Frost & Sullivan analyst team following industry market participant and client interviews, analysis and secondary research into the best practices among software providers for the life sciences industry.

Pilgrim says it helps mitigate clients’ compliance risk on an enterprise-wide scale by allowing automated regulatory recordkeeping, safety and compliance monitoring, risk audit reporting and enterprise-wide standardized workflows.

In 2007 and 2008, Pilgrim Software was named by Frost & Sullivan as North American Enterprise Compliance & Quality Management Company of the year within the life science industry, in recognition of its continued leadership in the medical devices segment.
