The QV-400 Series of Vickers testers are suitable for hardness analysis of metallic specimens in metallography laboratories or production environments. The testers have a modular design and will accommodate most macro Vickers testing needs. The line includes a range from the most basic analog tester, suitable for smaller laboratory work or educational purposes, to fully automatic systems for advanced quality control testing. The testers cover HV1 to HV50, and are controlled using either the LCD display or a PC. The load control is fully automatic and dwell time can be set by the operator. The test results can be converted into Rockwell or Brinell values and printed using the built-in mini printer.
