Mailbag: Swallowing the Camel
May 5, 2003
Dear Editor,
I am in complete agreement. At my last company, they were always spending hours trying to complete ISO 9000. Meanwhile, some simple methods I suggested to improve quality (such as actually tracking production problems) were rejected.
I truly believe many companies are straining out the gnat and swallowing the camel.
