The Cube Squared is a handheld device that aligns the cube on coordinate measuring machine (CMM) adapter plates. The alignment tool holds the CMM adapter plate in a way that simulates the CMM’s probe head. The cube is then aligned by holding a sliding vee block against any corner of the cube. The adjustment screws in the adapter plate are tightened, and the adapter plate is released. The cube is squared in 1 minute or less.
