The CMX series of coating and material thickness gages is available. The 100-megahertz DSP platform with FPGA technology is equipped with auto probe zero, auto probe recognition, automatic gain control and time corrected gain. There are six measurement mode options and an A/B scan option. The PECT mode has a combined coating and base-material configuration, while still retaining the ability to locate pits and flaws in a single mode. The CMX gage stores more than 210,000 measurements, with two distinct file format options.
