Sono 1200+ is a high-temperature ultrasonic couplant for nondestructive testing applications. It is a medium viscosity paste that provides coupling for thickness gaging and flaw inspection at extreme temperatures, covering from 700 F to more than 1,200 F for thickness gaging, and 700 F to 1,100 F for flaw inspection. The couplant contains no perfluorocarbons or fluorinated material and is nontoxic, nonirritating and biodegradable. It is available in 2 and 4 ounce, 1 quart and 1 gallon containers.
