The Handheld XRF is an X-ray fluorescence analyzer (XRF) available with a choice of software package options. Available software can provide alloy verification and precious metals analysis or hazardous substance detection. Software is run through a touch-screen PDA, providing simple setup and measurement launch. The unit has the ability to toggle between screens during measurements for review of real-time data, spectrums and instrument setup, as well as quick download to any desktop system for long-term storage and analysis in Microsoft Excel or Word.
