The TomoScope HV Compact is a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) with tomography sensors. The system is capable of raster tomography, measuring small features at high resolution, even on large parts. Through the combination of additional sensors, the system’s functionality can be expanded. The system can measure workpieces constructed or assembled from multiple materials. Tomography measurement deviations are reduced to a few microns with built-in auto-correction.
