Proceq will acquire Zehntner GmbH Testing Instruments, a Swiss-based manufacturer of retro-reflectometers, glossmeters and other surface testing products, under undisclosed terms.
Sylvain Julien comes from various metrology backgrounds, and has dealt with numerous technical projects involving automotive, aerospace and heavy industry.
The investment comes from a mix of CEO and director funding as well as investments from technology funds from Silicon Valley, Northern Virginia, Canada and Germany.
