KNOXVILLE, TN—Modus Metrology Services, a part of Omega Energy Services, has moved to its new facility in Knoxville, TN, and will be operational and accepting work by June 1.

The new calibration lab will include a Leitz 12107 Infinity coordinate measuring machine (CMM). In addition, Modus has a Brown & Sharpe Global Advantage CMM, which will be used for part inspections as well as secondary and working standard calibrations. Modus also uses a Pratt & Whitney Universal Labmaster, a Mahr MMQ400 Formscan machine and a Mahr Federal gage block comparator to perform additional dimensional measurements for its customers.
