The Synergy 200A bundle comprises a 2.2-pound computer preloaded with the company’s entry-level Synergy statistical process control (SPC) software for operators who want to conduct quality checks as they move freely about their production facility. The software is designed for data collection, charting, process monitoring, analysis and reporting of an unlimited number of variable-dimensional measurement-characteristics for each manufactured part, assembly or process.

Operators also can access e-mail, the Internet, spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software or other business applications they care to install on the hard drive. The bundle includes 10/100 Ethernet and 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi wireless connectivity. Multiple USB ports allow the connection of gages for automatic data entry.
