The purchase includes patents, inventory, intellectual property, customer and vendor lists, and trademarks. Albion intends to operate and grow the business of Ultrasonic Arrays. It will provide service to existing Ultrasonic Arrays customers, expand the range of products that use the company’s technology and introduce the company’s products to new markets.
