Global engineering technologies company, Renishaw, announces the strengthening of its range of fixturing solutions for global industrial metrology applications. 

Renishaw will introduce a new version of Inspection Plus, with updated SupaTouch technology, at IMTS 2018. Usability enhancements added to the optimization routine give users full control of probing cycle feed rates. 

The latest version of Void Scanner is fully developed, engineered and manufactured under the Renishaw brand. Following major investment in new production and servicing facilities at Renishaw’s York, UK, site, Void Scanner comes with world-class production values and global support to match.

Renishaw’s new XM-60 multi-axis calibrator is capable of measuring all six degrees of freedom from a single set-up, in any orientation for linear axes. The XM-60 offers significant improvement in simplicity and time saving over conventional laser measurement techniques.

Among several CMM systems Helmel Engineering will be demonstrating is their Microstar with Renishaw’s 5-axis PH20 Touch Trigger Probe and UCCT5 Controller running CMM Manager Software.

RVP, Renishaw’s new vision measurement probe for use with the REVO 5-axis measurement system on co-ordinate measuring machines (CMMs), increases the multi-sensor capability of REVO by adding non-contact inspection to the existing touch-trigger, high-speed tactile scanning and surface finish measurement capability of the system. 

Renishaw’s Boretrak® Viewer is the new version of stand-alone software for use with the company’s Cabled Boretrak and Rodded Boretrak borehole deviation measurement systems. 

Applying its 40 years of industrial metrology expertise, Renishaw offers a robust, flexible system for efficient, precise part holding. Fixturing plates have a hard-anodized coating of Nituff to resist wear and scratching.
