Cindy Farrer is the senior services manager of quality and supply chain at the Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership. She's an accomplished leader with over 35 years of global experience in manufacturing quality and supply chain management.

Bob Ferrone specializes in integrating industrial design, engineering, quality, manufacturing and environmental management systems for improving environmental and economic performance. He's worked on ISO 9001 and 14001 implementation with numerous private and public sector clients, including successfully guiding them to ISO 14001 certifications.

Tom Miller is a purchasing quality and project management leader with decades of success in the automotive arena. He's also implemented the APQP system currently utilized within the Ford Motor Company and he wrote an article recently for Quality on the subject of APQP.

Richard Rahn is the president of the Leonardo Group, and he recently wrote an article for Quality related to digital twins.

Lou Ann Lathrop is an ASQ fellow, ASQ board of directors’ treasurer for 2025, and past chair of ASQ Automotive Division. She also recently wrote an article for Quality about Dr. Deming's teachings.

Eric Hayler is a Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt and principal of the Hayler Group. He's also an adjunct professor of business analytics at the University of South Carolina Upstate in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He has led continuous improvement efforts at BMW manufacturing, as well as Amazon. He's a graduate of Rutgers University and holds a PhD in solid-state inorganic chemistry. He's also a long-time member of ASQ and has served in a variety of roles there, including chair of the board of directors.
