The 1,000-watt, 35 kHz, digital control ultrasonic welder, has a 12-inch color touch screen controller and an industrial computer with Windows XP. All welding processes are electronically controlled and programmed through the Dialog controller. The welder has Ethernet, USB and serial ports and is positioned on a rotary table.
