Videoscope

The Videoscope LongRange system is a remote imaging system for long-length inspections. The videoscope is well suited for inspection of drill pipe, turbines, airframes, power generation equipment, process tanks and vessels, tubing and pipes, and heat exchangers and hydraulic cylinders. The videoscope has a flexible, non-articulating probe with an 80-degree direct field of view objective lens.

The working portion of the scope is protected with polyurethane sheathing or impregnated tungsten braiding, depending on the model, and available in diameters of 5.3, 6, 8.4 or 12 millimeters, with working lengths as long as 30 meters. The hand-piece has all-metal construction and a 2-meter umbilical cable that connects to the system’s 8-inch color LCD monitor, which has anti-glare coating and active matrix technology for wide viewing angle.
