Milwaukee, WI — ASQ's November issue of Quality Progress magazine features the latest class of innovative quality professionals worldwide under 40 with the “passion and drive to lead quality into the future.”

The list of 46 quality professionals, featured in QP’s cover story, “Fresh Faces,” coincides with World Quality Month.

Represented on the list are quality professionals from Argentina, Canada, Egypt, Germany, India, Italy, Pakistan, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and the United States. Professions of those in the list include engineers, directors, professors, advisors, supply chain professionals, scientists and company founders, like Ibrahim Elsayed Mohamed Moussa Ayoub, who said quality professionals should apply what they’ve learned to their “organizations and beyond.”

“If quality professionals are empowered in each community, the world is a better place,” Moussa Ayoub, of Egypt, said. “We must make quality a lifestyle.”

Moussa Ayoub is the founder and managing director of the Voice of Quality Co., a training and consulting services organization.

TSP Inc. Quality Manager Cassandra de la Garza, from Houston, said, “all quality contributions big and small will pull us into a future where doing things the right way with a quality mindset leads to general improvement of the world.”

ASQ collected nominations and selected candidates based on professional achievements, community impact and in “serving the public, their employer, customers and clients.”

“These individuals are using quality to make a positive impact on the organizations they work for and their communities as a whole,” said Seiche Sanders, ASQ’s director of knowledge products, including Quality Progress magazine. “Their passion, commitment and leadership is also making a difference in the quality profession, making them stewards of quality for years to come.”
