Hans Vestberg Will Resign as Vice Chairman of Hexagon's Board

Hans Vestberg will leave Hexagon AB’s board as of Aug. 1, 2018, due to his new position as CEO of Verizon Communications Inc.

The Nomination Committee will propose a successor in conjunction with the notice of the Annual General Meeting 2019.

Hans Vestberg has been vice chairman of the board since 2017.
