Carla B. Konzel
Carla B. Konzel earned University. Her certifications include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Healthcare Practitioner, ISO 13485 Lead Auditor, and Emotional Intelligence in Organizational Leadership from Case Western Reserve University.
As a senior member of ASQ, her leadership roles include World Conference on Quality a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Gannon University and an MBA from Golden Gate and Improvement Technical Program Committee (2014–2018), strategic planning board member of the Healthcare and Lean Division, and 2025 Chair of the Electronics and Communications Division.
