BOULDER, CO-REO, a manufacturer of high volume precision optical solutions, has appointed Mark Notarfrancesco to the newly created position of vice president of manufacturing operations. In this role, Notarfrancesco will direct all aspects of the company's optics fabrication, thin film coating and optomechanical assembly operations.
