Ryan P. Bogan Named Chief Operating Officer at LMI Aerospace
ST. LOUIS--LMI Aerospace, a provider of design engineering services, structural assemblies, kits and components to the aerospace, defense and technology markets, has appointed Ryan P. Bogan to the position of chief operating officer (COO) of LMI.
Bogan was previously CEO of D3 Technologies, a subsidiary of LMI. Bogan will relocate to LMI's corporate offices in St. Charles, MS, and will report to LMI's CEO Ron Saks.
In his new position, Bogan will oversee the operations of both the Aerostructures and Engineering Services segments while managing the organization and execution of LMI's design and build strategy.
After joining D3 Technologies in 1998, Bogan was promoted to the role of COO in 2000 and president and CEO in 2002. He retained those positions when D3 Technologies was acquired by LMI in July 2007.
