LEVIS, QUEBEC-Creaform, a portable 3-D optical measurement technologies and 3-D engineering services, has announced its 2011 fiscal year results. The company has had an “exceptional” year with approximately $37.5 million in annual sales, which makes for a growth of 37% throughout 2010. 2011 Q4 sales of $11.6 million represent yet a new record in the history of the company (for a second year in a row).

Creaform has released its new Pipecheck solution for pipeline integrity assessment, which has attracted high interest from the oil and gas industry, as it holds great possibilities for non destructive testing (NDT) applications.

The company also launched the MaxSHOT 3-D optical coordinate measuring system, that brings photogrammetry to all Creaform’s technology line-ups.

The company has also successfully received the ISO 9001 : 2008 certification for its Canada-based head office and two service offices in November of 2011.
