This show hosted the highest number of exhibiting companies ever (2,407). After move in, the building was 76 million pounds heavier.

The Irvine, Calif. facility has tripled the local lab size and will offer increased technical support capabilities.

This total was down 16.2 percent from June’s $175.35 million and down 17.2 percent when compared with the total of $177.51 million reported for July 2015.

The use of computed tomography (CT scanning) for dimensional inspection is rapidly expanding as companies discover how this technology is the best solution for a wide range of dimensional inspection, flaw detection, and assembly verification applications. 

Why leak test? Leak testing is performed to ensure that when in service, the component or assembly has zero leakage or a leakage that is acceptable over time for the fluid/gas that it is meant to contain, or conversely to prevent material on the outside from leaking in.
