Aimee Siegler is a founding member of the ASQ Women in Quality Network, and an ASQ Fellow. She is the global compliance manager at Benchmark Electronics, and has been an ASQ Member for more than 20 years. She is currently the chair of the La Crosse-Winona Section and active in the Customer-Supplier Division.
In a technically focused organization like the American Society for Quality (ASQ), participating as a woman can be daunting at the start. While the demographics of the organization have shifted over time, many more technical roles have been seen as being “for men.”
