Cindy Farrer, Senior Services Manager, Quality & Supply Chain, Purdue Manufacturing Extension Partnership. Farrer is an accomplished leader with over 35 years of global experience in manufacturing, quality, and supply chain management. She served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Integrated Supply Chain at Allegion, overseeing more than 30 global plants and supplier networks across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Today, she leads Supply Chain, Quality, and Sustainability programs for Purdue University’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), where she works directly with manufacturers to strengthen quality management systems and build supply chain resiliency. She is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001/45001, and AS9100D.
