There are many variations of the old maxim "don’t just say what you’re going to do, just do it!"

It’s not enough to just think about it or plan for it, wish or hope or imagine it. You have to make the effort, do the work, solve the problem, meet the challenge, and get it done! Otherwise it won’t happen.

Definitely, there’s value in thinking, strategizing and having aspirations. While these are important and necessary for preparation, these things are worthless unless you aren’t willing to take that next step. You have to get yourself going, sort through all the noise and complexity, roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, and make it happen!

It’s easy to fool yourself into thinking that good intentions are enough, but you won't fool anyone else. It takes effort to transform good intentions into real value. You're fully capable of that effort, and exercising that capability will bring about great satisfaction. You have the power to act so what are you waiting for. Step forward and make it happen.

Think big and expand your vision by dreaming great dreams. Break those dreams into manageable goals, then step forward to take action to achieve your dreams. The time to act is now. Don’t continue to doubt yourself or postpone your destiny. The power is within you to get it done and make it happen.
