J.D. Power & Associates Partner to Speak at QED

Harold Krivan, senior partner with J.D. Power & Associates (Westlake Village, CA), will be the keynote speaker at Quality Expo Detroit on June 12. Krivan's address, "Quality: More Important Than Ever," will look at quality from the customer's viewpoint. A vehicle can perform to engineering and design specifications, but if those specifications are not developed or aligned with the customer's expectations, customers will perceive there to be a problem. Customers today, more than ever, have higher expectations for quality, particularly when it comes to their automobiles.
