Xygent, Omni-Tech Sign Agreement

Xygent Inc. (Warwick, RI), developer and distributor of the XactCOM enterprise-wide metrology architecture and applications suite, has signed an agreement with Omni-Tech Corp. (Pewaukee, WI) to act as an authorized Xact technology provider. Under the terms of the agreement, Omni-Tech becomes an authorized reseller as well as a front-line service and support provider for Xygent's XactMeasure tactile measurement software for CMMs, Xact-Vision noncontact vision sys-tem measurement software and XactCNC for in-process measurement on computer numerical control machines.
