Fluke to Acquire Ha

Fluke Corp. (Everett, WA) plans to acquire Lifschultz Industries Inc., including its wholly owned operating subsidiary, Hart Scientific Inc. (American Fork, UT). Under the agreement, Hart will become part of the Fluke Precision Measurement group while continuing to do business as Hart Scientific Inc. Hart Scientific designs, manufacturers and markets scientific and industrial temperature measurement and calibration equipment. The agreement is subject to final regulatory approval.
