Angstrom Signs as Sales and Service Rep for Kleindiek

RAMSEY, NJ, November 20-Angstrom Scientific Inc., a representative for nanoscale level measurement and control manufacturers, announces an agreement with Kleindiek Nanotechnik GmbH to become the sales and service representative for Kleindiek's micro- and nano-manipulation systems for electron microscopy and focused ion beam (FIB) applications in the United States. Kleindiek, with headquarters in Reutlingen, Germany, is a supplier of nano-manipulation products used in combination with microscopes.

“The Kleindiek tools for nano-manipulation and characterization are an excellent addition to our existing portfolio of systems for electron and ion beam columns,” says Bob Sommerville, general manager of Angstrom Scientific. “Angstrom Scientific now can offer a much broader range of solutions to our customers for analysis of nano-features in the SEM, TEM or FIB.”
