Perceptron Opens Office in India

PLYMOUTH, MI-Perceptron Inc., provider of information-based process improvement solutions for noncontact measurement and inspection applications, has announced that it is establishing a new office in Chennai, India, and has appointed Prem Aruliah as country manager.

Aruliah and his team will be responsible for increasing the sales of Perceptron’s automated systems, technology components and value added services in India’s industrial markets.

“Opening an office in India offers an excellent revenue opportunity for Perceptron and India is a key market in our global business strategy,” says Mark Hoefing, Perceptron senior vice president. “We anticipate growth from all of our Asian offices over the next few years as manufacturing companies gain an understanding of the value our products and services can provide to their operations.”
