STATE COLLEGE, PA-They may be from a variety of different industries, but the winners of the inaugural Indian Process Excellence Awards have a common factor: Minitab Statistical Software.

The awards were presented on September 22, 2011, during the International Quality and Productivity Center PEX Network's first Indian Lean Six Sigma & Process Improvement Summit. This two-day event in New Delhi brought together leaders from across the Indian region to share ideas and experiences in Lean, Six Sigma and business process management strategy.

Winners were selected on their achievements in a range of judging criteria covering business results, direction setting and portfolio management, implementation, project execution, innovation and creating an environment for change.
