TROY, MI – Test Equipment Distributors (TED), a supplier of nondestructive testing equipment and supplies nationwide, has entered into an agreement to absorb the existing inventory of equipment, accessories and supplies of American NDT Products (Bluffdale, UT) as well as maintain American’s existing equipment and repair business. This move helps TED to better serve aerospace customers such as Boeing and ATK Aerospace as well as other industries in the Northwest and Intermountain states region. As part of the agreement, TED will take over American NDT facilities in Bluffdale, UT and Milwaukie, OR. Existing sales and operating staff at these locations will be retained. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

With the two new facilities, TED now has six stocking locations across the United States.
