ROSEMONT, IL - The Sensors Expo & Conference has extended its call for papers submission deadline to October 7, 2009. The event on sensors and sensor-integrated systems will take place from June 7-9, 2010, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.

Please consider presenting at next year’s conference if you have original research and/or compelling application- or implementation-based case examples related to the topic areas. If your company sells sensing-related products or services, please note that you must secure an end-user customer to co-present with you before submitting your speaking proposal. All presentations at the Sensors conference must be noncommercial. The promotion of a specific company and/or its products or services is not permitted and proposals that appear to do so will not be accepted for inclusion in the program.

All submissions must be received electronically via the on-line form located at https://questex.wufoo.com/forms/sensors-call-for-papers/.

For your submission to be considered, it must be received by October 7, 2009. To be considered for inclusion in the conference program, vendor submissions must include at least one customer co-presenter (note: customer must be an end-user, not another product/service provider). End-user panels are also welcomed. Please note that all speakers selected to present will receive complimentary admission to the conference. No other compensation will be provided. Accepted speakers will be required to sign and submit a speaker agreement and provide an electronic copy of their presentation by a specific date.
